Brza salata s tunom 

 

Sastojci

       za 4 osobe

limun

2 češnja češnjaka

50 ml ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja

krastavac (150 g)

luk (60 g)

200 g malih rajčica (cherry rajčica)

1 bijeli grah (800 g)

150 g Kukuruza šećerca

EVA tuna komadi u biljnom ulju (160 g)

sol

crni papar mljeveni

1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina

Priprema

  1. 1.
    Iscijedite sok limuna u posudu za serviranje.
  2. 2.
    Dodajte nasjeckani češnjak i maslinovo ulje.
  3. 3.
    Narežite krastavac, luk, cherry rajčice i dodajte u zdjelu
  4. 4.
    Ocijedite grah iz limenke, kukuruz šećerac, EVA tunu i dodajte ostalom povrću u zdjeli.
  5. 5.
    Sve dobro izmiješajte.
  6. 6.
    Posolite i poparite prema potrebi.
  7. 7.
    Pospite peršin preko salate.

Posluživanje

Poslužite ohlađeno.

Savjet

Prije pripreme salate poželjno je rajčice držati u hladnjaku barem 10-ak minuta.
