Mladi vepar s njokima i džemom od brusnica: Sočno meso u raskošnom ruhu

Bogato i aromatično jelo koje spaja sočnu divljač s mekanim njokima i blagom slatkoćom brusnica, savršeno je za sve ljubitelje profinjenih okusa.

Sastojci:

600 g mesa mladog vepra (but ili leđa)
1 glavica luka
2 češnja češnjaka
200 ml crnog vina
300 ml temeljca (goveđeg ili divljači)
1 lovorov list
2 žlice maslaca
500 g njoka
3 žlice džema od brusnica
sol, papar, timijan

Priprema:

Meso narežite na medaljone, začinite solju i paprom. U tavi zagrijte maslac, dodajte luk i češnjak te pirjajte dok ne omekšaju. Dodajte meso i pecite sa svih strana do zlatnosmeđe boje. Ulijte vino i temeljac, dodajte lovor i timijan pa kuhajte na laganoj vatri 60 – 90 min. U međuvremenu skuhajte njoke prema uputama. Poslužite meso s njokima i žlicom džema od brusnica.
